Opt2Xplore has two subscription levels: A full-featured Counselor subscription for $595.00 USD annually, and a Student subscription for $189.00 USD annually. Both versions contain the same college and financial aid search functionality, however the counselor version adds a student management module that allows the counselor to store information on an unlimited number of students.

An annual license allows the user full access to all functionality of the Opt2Xplore system. Opt2Xplore meets the criteria for funding through the federal Perkins Career and Technical Education Act. The method of payment can be by credit or debit card. The payment allows the license to be used as follows:

If you make payment in April – December, your license will begin immediately and will expire on June 30th of the following calendar year.

If you make payment in January - March, your license will begin immediately and will expire on June 30th of the same calendar year.

The license for the Opt2Xplore system allows the full use by the user from any computer that has access to the web. All files that are stored by the specific Licensee can be accessed by the Licensee and only the Licensee.

All updates to the Opt2Xplore system whether it be data or additional functionality are automatically available to the Licensee as part of the Licensing Agreement.
